Hi, I recently bought a 'fitbit'. I found I started to try and add more exercise/movement everyday as it highlighted to me how inactive I was becoming. I do feel better for it, less pain, less tightness and better mood as well as a better sleep. It also records your quality of sleep which I've been aiming to improve. Hope that helps.

Fitbit! it's a nice bracelet that counts your steps, calories burned, stairs, and even heart beat ;)

I'm finding it hard to get up off the couch due to fatigue. That's why I wondered if it would help. I so wish there was enough knowledge to at least slow this demon down. Sometimes I feel like I'm being robbed!
