It took about two weeks of headaches, nausea & then I was able to work with more energy
My wife used Neupro for about a year. We started at 4 mg and eventually went up to 8 mg. The lower doses had little effect. When we went to the higher doses, she broke out in rash and then blisters under the patch. The doctor finally took her off and we went to another medication.
I break out under the patch, but then I breakout with anything taped to my skin. I do know it helps me. Bu
t with all the other meds I take, I cannot tell you exactly what side effects I could be having.
Go to www.Neuro.com and you will see the side effects listed.
I've used the patch for almost a year and I think it's effective - of course there are the days when I feel that none of my meds are working. I, too, have the skin irritation but for me it's tolerable.
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member T. I like the way neupro works, but the adhesive caused itching and a horrible rash.
