Hi, I am not a medical expert, but the part of the brain where dopamine is made is deep inside, well away from the surface area, so I think it is unlikely that the freezing treatment used by your dermatologist could have caused damage to trigger Parkinson's. The freezing would cause a headache because blood vessels just under the surface would have been affected and would tighten up causing a temporary change in blood flow, but that would not go deep enough to reach the basal ganglia where the dopamine cells are.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, Terry I do not think it is possible for this to be related. Injections to freeze would be on surface, and while nerve ending would be involved and painful, you would still need it to cross the blood brain barrier, and reach the area effecting dopamine production. I can not say it was impossible because I do not know exactly what was used, but I feel probably strongly improbable.
