Positive attitude. Positive attitude. Positive attitude. Is the most effective tool. Laugh. Keep, active. Surround yourself with positive , happy, people and get rid of the negative ones. Be selfish with your needs. Try different medications until you find one that works for you. Get a great specialist and don't be afraid to ask them a myriad of questions. Take advantage of all the services, nurses etc in your area. Talk to other Parkinson's people. Remember: you die WITH it not OF it. It could,be a lot worse....although sometime this doesn't feel like,it :) allow, yourself to get mad, then get on with living life.
