There is a study about forgetting things when you walk through a door opening. I wonder if this is related to freezing in a doorway?

I believe that my memory is in my rear end, if I can't remember why I went into another room I just go back and sit down. I instantly remember what I needed. Then repeat until I write it down and remember to take the paper with me.
Interesting, because when I walk through an open doorway, I use it to practice movement. Looking up at the lintel over the door provides the visual clue which alllows me to reach up for it even if my arms are too stiff to lift normally. By repeated action of doing this, I can now stretch my arms above my head without the doorway.
You have a great sense of humor just like Derek !. I think that's what keeps us going !.
I do Tia Chi 2 a week and ride the stationary bike twice a day in the gym at work. I can move my arms freely and my legs so I could catch myself if I could keep my wits about me
Is there a way to predict a freezing episode? It’s like a faint while in the fall so I don’t catch myself which causes severe head injuries for me.
