Just read the post about restless leg syndrome. I had it mildly I put a bar of ivory soap under the bottom sheet down by my feet. It worked. No more restless legs

I have read about the turmeric, but didn't look into it which I should. Tony isn't one for alternate forms of anything. He still thinks the pharms will work. I am not that sure because he has had more freezing and heat intolerance. I am going to do some research on turmeric and see if that might give it a try. I think it's even good for my bi-polar. Who knows. Trip to podiatrists for check up so need to get ready..

My physical therapist is from the Philippines he said they use turmeric in just about everything they cook.Said their rice is yellow with it.Said they start eating it as infants so they're use to it.They don't have as much of Parkinson's as we do,so maybe there is something to it.Suggested I not go there in trying it because it takes so much of it. Take Care God bless Hugs 😃😃😃😃

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member. No need to add pepper. If it is purchased as a supplement Turmeric is all you need. Sterling

hate to be so obsessive with this but it is better absorbed if taken with something like fish oil or plant based Omega-3 or even eggs. Also it seems to work if taken by itself with just water.
