Yes. There are other techniques that work really well too. Chiropractors have helped me immensely. I highly recommend it.
I tried the torque release once. I know that's not enough to notice a difference but I had a coupon for a free adjustment, so I went. After that I went to an upper cervical chiropractor twice a week for about 2 months, but he used his hands instead of the torque release because he said that's how it's supposed to be done. So I tried it his way during those two months but then I requested the knee chest upper cervical technique because the case studies I read indicating moderate to significant improvement in symptoms from chiropractic treatment, all used the Kale knee chest upper cervical specific technique. However, he refused my request and stated that chiropractors had "evolved" from that technique. So I stopped going. I did find two chiropractors a little further away (and of course more expensive) that still use this specific technique, but I'll need to save up for them.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member Will do. I have so much muscle cramping in my legs due to a back surgery 7 months ago. Hope it helps. The place I am going has a high rating, the doctors studies were done in a China hospital. I should be able to get in by weeks end. My PT gal said she has watched the one doc in the hospital work on a stroke patient, the results we amazing.
If you don't mind, I would love to know how the acupuncture goes...was also thinking of trying that!
Miss read your post. 😁
