Not a dr by any means but yes the symptoms you describe are listed in the symptom list on this website.
That is not to say you don't have a cold or inner ear issue, but the trouble walking with those things would make me bet on PD. Contact your doctor and let us know. Good luck.

I came across an article saying magnesium and b12 deficiency can also cause the symptoms!

It could be some vitamin deficiency, or internal infection! Definitely go see your doctor.

Since I do have a moderate case of Parkinson's, it always is best to check with a Neurologist. Some signs of this disease are tremors, difficulty getting out of a chair, falling down, fatigue, generalized pain among others. Don't self diagnose. Go to a Neurologist, please.
