I would heat up one of those therapy bags (with rice in them) and put under my feet......

I have the same problem. I bought Heat Holders. They are s sock. You can get them with a non skid sole. They also make a thinner sock that works with most shoes You can get them on their website or on Amazon.

or get one of those heated throws that Sunbeam makes ....check amazon...around $35..
