I line dance three times a week, literally keeps me on my toes.

Something we have been told and have discovered is that walking is an awesome exercise. If you can find a boxing program in your area, I would highly encourage that as ell. Main thing is that you keep moving. The enemy, PD, steals your mobility each and every night and you have to fight like hell to get going again each and every day. My wife also does strength and balance training with a trainer. God Bless and wishing you and yours a very Merry Chrsistsmas

Biking (stationary or otherwise) has been proven to lessen tremors. Also, just marching in place helps me a lot. Makes my leg muscles more limber and I walk better.

Aqua aerobics seems another way to go. Punching for parkinsons is another. People box or kickbox...several gyms have those programs available.

I have found yoga to be fabulous for strength and balance.
