I was prescribed to take Trihexyohenidyl with my Levodopa which I read has numerous side effects such as confusion. I am very hesitant to try as I am concerned of the negative side effects and what it will create while I'm out with friends or at work.

Everyone reacts differently. That being said my husband had horrible hallucinations after about 5 days on it. He saw people coming out of the walls, children playing in the house and strangers in our barn. Thankfully he learned quickly that if they didn't talk back they weren't real. He started at a low dose and we stopped the medication 3 weeks in. The hallucinations have stopped.
