Do You Keep A Journal?
A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

I do not keep a daily journal.. I should, but, ........ Every time I see a doctor, always questions, like:
How many times have you fallen, it the last 30 days

What percentage of the time, are you "off"?

How many hours of sleep, do you average a night?

and so on, I always make a guess, not a good way of keeping my doctor informed of my PD.

I have found that keeping a journal very important in charting progress or decline in the PK. Yes, improvement. Ask anyone who attends rock steady boxing. My neurologist appreciates it also.

No but that is a great idea!!! I need to start doing this. My Mama kept a journal everyday for probably 15 years. Even when she became sick she still tried to do it. After she died in Sept. 2016, I brought all of her journals home and have been reading a few at a time. Thanks for suggestion!!!!
