I Have A Problem With Involuntary Head Movement Which Causes Me To Be Off Balance.
A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does any one else have this problem? Is there any reason for this other than PD. I was diagnosed with it in 2011. I an taking carb/levodopa. This doesn't happen every day. Sometimes it happens more than once a day. I keep a daily diary of PD meds and problems. Haven't figured this out yet.

The trouble is it is likely to come over timescales of years. It is well worth doing your own research about Dyskinesia so that you are fully prepared and can become an advocate for yourself. May I include some videos diary entries I made about the subject?

I spoke to my PD doctor about this problem and he changed the dose of my medicine to 1/2 tablet less each time per day. I take 2 tablets 5 times per day now instead of 2 1/2 tablets. I am to let him know if this helps. I will try this for about a week.

I have the head wave. My headwill go side to side. Like I'm dancing. I edited my earlier response because my balance had been off today. I haven't fallen but I'm really focusing on not falling. No tremors
