Each of us is very different - in the reason we have PD and the symptoms we present with. One Author likened Parkinson's to the "Snowflake Disease". I have been collecting Snowflakes ever since ! Fun ! Also, the timing and the mg. strength is different. One reason to be ever so vigilant if hospitalized, as PD meds are often not stocked, and the Pharmacist will try a substitute. PD meds cannot be substituted ! Important also, to be seeing a MDS {Movement Disorder Specialist}. Be well !

Great advice! I have been going to Movement Disorders specialists for 27 years. They are so well informed with the newest therapies. I have always dreaded the thought of having to go to the hospital, because I have so much control over when I take my meds. I take small doses, very frequently because I am so sensitive to the side effects of L-Dopa.
