Any Good Way To Deal With Dyskinesia?
A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

i have been having a lot of trouble with dyskinesia, which hits whenever the meds are wearing off and can last up to 2hours a stretch. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to deal with this?

I would be cautious about how you treat the dyskensia.. I have had more problems with it when I have been over medicated than under. Be especially careful if you are taking pamaprexole.

Yep, I made a series of videos of ways in which to control dyskinesia.... may I share some links to them here?

I also have dyskinesia as my meds are wearing off. My movement specialist was working with me on a trial med to help off time when it became clear that dyskinesia for me is not at peek med time. The trial med after 2 months, still made me feel awful and did not always stop the symptoms. I withdrew and am again using .05 lorazepam when I am off for more than 15 min. It works well and I don't usually need it more than once a day.

Careful!!! Please ask your doc. The immed can be split but only if a doc says.please, never take more unless you are told by a med professional. My friend is in a wheelchair
