I don't know about you but I'm pretty tired of PD. As with many of you, I've been on a journey to find ways that stimulate my mind while not frustrating me because I loss focus or memory. As I treat my body better, I find I enjoy reading again and my local library delivers 6 books per month to my home. So, I'm happy as the woodpecker eating my wooden house when there are acres of trees just 10 ft away (lol)

I have and it is simple and easy but a challenge that is getting a bit easier for me each day. I finished the work for day 4 today. I don't feel any permanent or long term benefits yet but I'm going to hang in there for 30 days and see where that takes me. How about you?

Does anyone receive a discount on their car insurance for no longer driving? I just found out my insurance has actually gone up in price and I feel it should go down since I'm no longer driving.
