My skin is always itching.I am starting to wonder if it's a side effect of my levocarb/ selegiline/ domperidone
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member. I have itchy hives and no one knows what is causing it. Have you found out what is causing your itchiness? I take carbidopa/levodopa 25/100 and Mirepex. We are not on the same meds but I also take other meds as well. I'm waiting for results of a food allergy blood test but I don't think that's the problem.
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member Thanks for the tips.
go to Amazon and they have several body wash items that you can buy to help with itching. I use puracy
natural body wash and it has helped so much. There are several and I have used others which helped but not as much as this product.
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member: Is salve a medicine or cream? I have multiple itchy spots on my legs and arms. I use lotion regularly and it helps but never gone away. I've used Cortison 10 cooling but only temporary relief. I think Sinemet may be the cause of my allergic reaction but my Doctor not so convince. So, I'm now taking Zyrtec and it seems to keep the rash under control.
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member I have found some body washes for itching skin on Amazon that have helped me a lot. Pruacy Natural Body Wash and Curel Itch Defense is my second choice. Also Head and Shoulders makes a shampoo to help with itching scalp and my hairdresser recommended it and it helps greatly.
