@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member. How are you? For tremors, I take carbolevadopa (slow release) one tablet just before I go to sleep and it really gives me an excellent 5/6 hours continuous sleep. Mind you, I do rest in the afternoon too but never sleep. I either read ar play different games. During the day, I take 3 tabs, one at 7am /1pm and 7pm.All three fast release, except the one which I take before I go to sleep which is slow release

Allen takes two tablets four times daily....he also takes primidone 100 mg at bedtime. He uses special eating utensils to help him eat. We try to stay as active as possible and he is very faithful with both physical and speech exercises.
My husband takes two 50mg at night....it makes him sleepy but not sure it really helps thevtremors.
Used to take it back in the 90's for essential tremours but didn't find it helpful at all
