I was on Requip as well in the beginning but had to stop as the side effects were too severe...
Thank you all for your answers, much appreciated

I have found that Rock Steady Boxing helps. I also take Pramapexole, or Mirapex, two per day. These seem to help.

I take Lyrica. I think that is a med that is supposed to help. My restless lags had been better, but, they are a starting up again. It seems to be in my tailbone. I jerk quite a bit.

I have been on Requip from the very beginning of drugs and it seems to work for me. My wife also takes Requip .....5 mg as needed....for me I take 24 mg per day.. I guess the difference is I have PD and she doesn't..

Stretching helps. My husband also mixes a couple of oz of tonic water with a glass of orange juice before bed. Tonic water has Quinine in it. My pain management doctor told me about doing this for RLS. He also takes a magnesium tablet.
