$14.00 per visit here in Hickory, NC.We're on a fixed income & I can't afford that. Is there any help through any thing like this?

My husband takes 15 mg of melatonin before bedtime and it helps reduce the intensity of his overactive dreams caused by REM sleep behavior disorder. Try a lower dose and keep adding 5 mg at a time - no more than 20 mg or check with your doctor.

REM Sleep Disorder - just another PD thing! At least now my husband doesn’t freak out when I yell since we know what it is.
