I go to my new bed, feet can be lifted as well as head, I get very restless at nite, watch maybe a hour of tv, if that, somImtake my I pad and lift my head up and relax, games on I pad relax me and Imforget how restless I was

I do the same thing at night. Seems like I can go to bed really wiped out. I lay down and the legs turn on!! I also have to distract myself. I also read a lot! It helps!

one of my caregivers gives my tired, tight extremity muscles a lengthy massage and I usually fall asleep before she's done

When I get restless legs it drives me crazy. I try doing ankle/foot flexes and just moving them around. Sometimes it helps and sometimes not. I try to distract myself with my computer or tv.
