Hi all,

Well this last week my right leg has really slowed down when "off" to hardly being able to move it I am actually dragging it... When I am "on" for about 2hrs out of 4 I can move about just fine... But it's a long time to be off.
I was previously able to walk ok on it just had a limp due to not lift my toes.

That sounds alarming. PD progresses differently with everybody. I'd say you need to talk to your Neurologist - phone, don't wait for an appointment. I've experienced less ability to dress, get out of bed, turn in bed over time, but some things just show up relatively suddenly (or I notice them suddenly) - my handwriting and typing seem to change a lot from day to day, for example (it takes me twice as long to type something because I type more slowly and make way more errors that I have to correct). But, really, you are worried, so call your doctor.

I don't have a speed bag but I'm intrigued by it. My coordination is getting worse, so this looks like a good idea.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member there are so many tutorials or how to on You Tube on speed bag technique and placement. The best thing is only need to spend 3-5 minutes practicing on the bag daily. Highly recommend it for hand eye coordination and rhythm.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member I haven't been able to get the hang of the speed bag yet. Have been using long bag in gym - very satisfying. But the speed bag looks like a great challenge for coordination.

Same here Fran, speed bag boxing is great because you dont have to do it for long periods of time.
