Every day I wake up with a headache at the bottom right side, in lower base area on the right side only. Sometimes it last a hour to 6-8 hours. ?!?

It sounds muscular. Maybe heat on your neck would help. It helps me.

I have an appointment in a week or so. And yes it is on the side of my head that is dominant side of PD

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member - I thankfully have not had this particular problem - is it the same side on which you have the most marked PD symptoms? I know I sometimes get achy from stiffness, but I don't have it as an every morning problem. What does your MD say?

Julianne@ this is actually the same thing I do. Thank you very much. I’m going to ask my doc today. I’m about to go back for a procedure. When he comes in and before I’m knocked out I’ll ask him. 🤗 God bless you and have a great day

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, Hello. I've had a similar problem with muscle spasms in my neck and shoulder on the right side. Physiotherapy helped a lot. As did a heating pad to ease the pain. With me it occurred 30 to 45 minutes after taking my medication. The rest of the day it did not bother me. You might like to ask you doctor whether physiotherapy might help you. I would also recommend yoga that focuses on the neck and shoulders. A physiotherapist can tell you which exercises would be most helpful. Take care.
