I try to stay away from crowds because of poor balance and stumbling.
I'm sorry if that's not the answer you wanted but that's the truth as i see it. good luck
i know this is a bad answer, but i panic, i hate being in a crowd in case i get pushed over. and also people tend to stare ,i was in a club watching a famous 1960s group which i had been looking forward to seeing and i started having a dyconesia attack , luckily i had the wheel chair, i stayed for a while but people were stareing at me, so before the group finished ,i left.I know it is a natural thing to do , people are concerned and wonder what is happening . But they don't just look , they stare
I find that crowds make me nervous and more prone to tension and tremors. (Especialllly loud crowds)
I get overwhelmed by crowds now. I tend to avoid them if I can. Having my husband beside (or in front of) me helps a great deal. He tends to create a path for me, gently moving people out of the way.
