Think about the symptoms you have day to day. Are any of them increased or decreased after eating certain foods. This could be fairly soon after eating or even an hour or so later.

I eat sugar , with my coffee and tea...I like biscuits, however, my wife prepares all my meals so I don't always get what I like...grin...but I am regular about taking my meds an hour before eating.....

dairy products messes with my stomach. protein as well- a burger now sets me off for upset bowels as well as dramatically increased tremors. veggies like carrot sticks, radishes, salads have the least outward effect of anything negative. chicken broth is super good, beef broth kills me.
i also keep a short notebook on what i eat and drink and a simple code to how the meals worked that day- you'd be surprised at what you learn about your diet.

Thanks for the responses. I also have Ulcerated Colitis and Type 2 Diabetes. They all seem to be linked. I have no doubt that if I stray off my low carb. diet, ie chocolate, my tremor is far worse.

My husbands blood pressure bottoms out after big meal or dense carbs. Has gotten so bad we’ve had to add flutocort (I think) to keep this from happening. Also when/if he takes CL can’t tell much difference. Pretty sure we’re battling Lewy Bodies. Cognitive issues are awful and nothing seems to help. Very frustrated:discouraged right now. 😩😩😩
