I used to imagine that I was writing all of my worries and stress down and I'd put the pieces of paper into a little box and put it away somewhere safe.
When I wanted the box again I couldn't find it or my problems !!!!!!

My husband has mild dementia & started taking Aricept in late August. His memory has improved greatly & he's been able to focus as he contacted so many businesses to become sponsor's for Lawton's first walk. God has been so good to him!
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member - more people should try that. I think you have found a basic truth of how to keep things in proportion.
Dear Folks, this is indeed a nightmare that can be apart of Parkinson's. What helps me, is I write down everything I have to do daily, then I attach and write in a large Daily Planner, the exact things i must do.The planner has the entire month;s space as to all the appointments and so forth. Then I always try to put my keys in the same place day after day. However try to be of good cheer, even normal people can't remember too ! Hugs, Pam
