I notice if I wear myself out physically during the day i sleep better. But I was like that before being diagnosed with PD. Worked a full day wirkout for two hours after work, do stuff around the house then i slept good. I have also found listening to music that makes me happy before going to bed helps and if mt brain wont calm down as well a spoonful of peanut butter. It has something to do with the protein being calming and it takes some time to eat.

When I can't sleep., I usually get up and have a snack of milk, vanilla wafers and peanut butter. Seems to help me get to sleep.

Have you tried CBDs? They work really well for someone I know with it. It helps with tremors but she uses to combat nightmares at night. They hve some specifically made for sleeping. It’s worth a shot and legal in every state.

I agree with you 100% that works for me I stopped watching tv al least 2 hours prior to sleep that helped and you should be very selective about what you watch
