It is making me so depressed I started walking on my treadmill. 2.. I shake my arms cause they feel numb. 3. I have face tremors and it's embarrassing to talk to anyone when I'm out. I'm sorry for all the questions but hoping others have these things happening to so im not going crazy. My epilepsy is on my memory side so I don't know if I'm coming or… read more

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member Le blanc Freudenberg. This relates to an old post of yours when you mentioned being on Neupro. Are you still using it and what were the side effects? Did it help? I am desperate, as you said you were. Certainly hope you are better now! Let me know. As it is so expensive I am reluctant to fill prescription if I might not be able to tolerate it.
Thanks Debbie, for your help.

Debbie, I have crohn's disease and my stomach is bloated from that and now Parkinsons.I look 9 mos pregnant.I also have facial tremors and my feet go numb so I know exactly where you are coming from. And I lost the love of my life 9 yrs ago to cancer and I'm 6 yrs in remission from cancer. My depression does get me down now and then, but if I didn't have Jesus I don't know how I ever would have got through it all.Hon God will help us, he is our healer. Like my brother said to me fight it Lou.Im here for you Debbie anytime you want to talk.Dont worry about how other people see our body, it's who we are on the inside. We have good hearts , and God sees that Debbie.Im just working on getting into heaven someday.God bless, talk later. Love ya

Ideas on the husband & yardwork thing. I get that awful pain from yardwork, too. Two short & sweet exercises that help me are: 1 - I lay on my back on a carpeted floor or on the grass and raise my feet to the sky so my legs are at a 90 degree angle to my torso or slightly less & almost straight (I let my knees bend slightly) Hold for 12 deep slow breaths. This one is good for a laughs, because I look like a dead cow that at e locoweed or got struck by lightning! 2 - this one I got from a good chiropractor - I lay on my back partially on a bed that is tall enough that I can bend my knees to let my lower legs dangle down towards the floor without touching the floor. I press one thigh tightly to my chest without changing the other leg Be sure not to grab your keg by the shin - it overbends the knee and can hurt itl Hold for 30 seconds. Rather than getting a chair, it only takes 2 minutes to be freshm pain-free & ready to go again. Repeat as often as needed. Something like "It is So nice of you to come out & help me. I'm going to take 2 minutes to stretch out my sore back, then I will join you" might help him to be on your side... ? And it was sweet of him to offer to rub some muscle cream on you. there are advantages to having a younger husband who thinks you're fine. We just had a great talk in church about "Saving Your Marriage". My husband did not come with me, because 1- he was busy at home (35 miles away) trying to earn more money for us. And 2- he didn't have any church clothes to wear here while we prepare my house trailer to sell (OK, I admit that I Could have brought some for him, myself - the idea Had occurred to me) In the talk, it was said "to save your marriage, pull the weeds, and water the flowers", meaning to stop "look[ing] for imperfections in our spouse or irritations in our marriage..." but instead to "look for the good..." I wanted to remember it, so I texted to John "to save your marriage, pull the weeds, and water the flowers" Then I went on to look up the rest after church. I even found a video of the talk. In the meantime, desperate to save his marriage, my dear sweet husband was franticly pulling dandelions and watering flower beds! what a dear! I am So Lucky to have him. I was unbearably lonely when my former husband died. So keep loving yours and don' work yourself up to throw something at him! f you like, I can send you the website for the whole talk. I hope today goes better. Lots of love - Carol Lea

I have been using the Apomorphine pump for approximately 4 yr it was a wonder drug for me,
I was able to lead a near normal life!?
Now if I have too much Apomorphine I suffer severe Dyskinesia on the other hand not enough means that I am unable to walk and talk and I am frozen to the point that I have to go on my hands and knees and crawl between the rooms at home!!!!!!

Enjoy it while it lasts!¡!!!! Good luck!

Don't forget that we are all different.people!!!!!
