Fish oil is a healthy supplement it help with cholesterol levels.antiinflamatory properties also present l believe There is no adverse effects and benefit is more when you used

I see a definite difference with my husband taking fish oil; it is definitely beneficial fo him. It definitely helps him to think clearer.

I am taking it to help with some recent depression. I am on prozac40 mlg yet still been battling some depression with a break up and some other issues. It really does help and has improved the brain fog. I have taking it about a week. It does make a difference

When shopping for Fish oil I realized you need to be careful to choose a formulation that covers brain function as well as heart—there seems to be a big difference in formulations
