I've had pain in shoulders and neck now experiencing pain in joints which is restricting my love of walking in the hills. Not sure if thoes days are over..
I'm sorry to chime in so late. I'm a caregiver for my wife. Before she became diagnosed, she was taking care of me as I had rheumatoid arthritis. It was a severe attack affecting all my joints. I went to a rheumatologist and he has me on medicine that returns me to some normalcy.
My point is, don't pass your joint pain off as a part of PD. See a rheumatologist to rule out arthritis. My doctor said if more people came in earlier, he could them help them.

I get really hoarse a lot
Thanks I will
Keep going as long as I have two good knees and friends to go with. I’ve just come home from my daughters wedding in Sussex. We had a brilliant day. I even made a speech.
First, welcome to the Parkinson’s team! But sorry you have to be here, for what it’s worth. 😕
ClaytonOakley gave good advice. I would definitely do whatever I could do to keep having those walksi in the hills for absolutely as long as possible. Those are gold for you.
I am really late but I have all the pains talked about, finally the doctor nerve conduction test and found out I had neuropathy and also PD I take CL. I do exercises and rub my legs, arms, back but there is no cure as far as the doctor knows. As your doctors to test you nothing to lose. Lots of luck God bless🤗🤗
