That is called Bradykinesia. It is one of the primary symptoms of Parkinson's. It could mean moving slow, shuffling, and even freezing up from time to time.

very nice. I take the side roads. The freeways are out of control. When I must drive the freeways I try to have my wife take me. speed limit 65 everyone faster than that.
