I noticed this mrng at 5.30 am. when I woke up that I was quite relaxed and I had taken. L/C/E 6-7hours earlier.

I had no wearing-off feelings at all-. I took 0530 am. I woke up 1 hour later and I had all wearing off symptoms

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member. Living w Pd there is a constant battle to find the right dosage of carbodopa levodopa to smoothly affect the “on/off” times. I have been on it for 28 yrs. I find that if I take small doses more frequently, the dyskinesia isn’t as bad. Sometimes I get it right and actually feel good (normal so to speak). However, it’s only temporary. If I eat I have to take more because protein obsorbs the meds . Somewhere there is the sweet spot and I search for it every day. I do a lot of exercise. Yesterday I walked over 5 miles. I also do yoga 3 times a week . Research has found that exercise is the only thing that really helps. It does fit me too. I hope you can find the balance and “the sweet spot” of moving .
