Anyone Have Suggestions For Chronic Dizziness?

My friend has a had mild dizziness for several years prior to diagnosis of PD. Within the last few months the dizziness has increased limiting his activities. He rarely wants to leave the house. His medications have been changed but nothing seems to help.

I would try a mediterrinaen diet.

Does he have orthostatic hypertension (blood pressure that drops when he stands or gets up from bed)? Can definitely make you dizzy, but it is treatable.

After his MRI the Neurologist stated that he did not have vertigo.
