I am always tired. It doesn't matter how much sleep I get.. Part of the issue, from what I have found in my research, is the meds. They will make you fatigued also. I too find as my day progresses I getting very fatigued. PD has definite impact on this. I just make sure I take a short nap in the afternoon. IT really helps me.

I also feel just as tired when i wake up. But i rarely have what i consider a good nights sleep. I almost always wake up thinking i will need a nap.

Dear Shona. Yes I know I do. Except good night sleep is uncommon for me. I usually get 4 maybe 5 hours a night. In the afternoon I want to take a nap but try very hard not to. My body feels tired alot during the day but I just try to keep moving. So no hon you are not alone.

I also have trouble sleeping but am now on a new med. Amitriptyline for aching les & for sleep.
