I do not know what it is but the thing that is best to fight PD is EXERCISE! keep moving, exercise your legs, arms, everything! I have not had any freezing episodes nor have I had any falls since I started exercising. There is a gym in my apt. bldg. and I get a trainer to work with me 3x per week. The rest of the time I workout on my own. Some people do boxing exercises. Good luck! Hugs!

I've been getting back into some chinese strength drills... ki da like a mix of isometric and tai-chi. Low impact and huge returns on strength if done regularly
