I am just starting on cinnamon. Still on the 1/2 a pill three times a day until I graduate to a whole pill next week. As I thought about how to schedule taking the drug I stumbled when trying to figure out the evening one. If I have to take it at least one hour before I eat or two hours after I’ve eaten then what is the optimal approach. THC is the phsycoactive chemical in marijuana. (Gets you stoned). It works for initial sleep when inhaled. Takes longer to act but lasts a lot longer.

Howdy SCW. If you find you are gong into an off period before taking the next pill, then you need to increase from 3 pills to 4 or 5 per day in order to get an overlap in your system so that you are always topped up.
Sinimet usually lasts about 4 to 5 hours before running out. I take 5 per day at 7am, 12pm, 5pm, 10pm and 3am. This gives me 5 hours between pills so I don't go into the off period.
Do a check from the first pill in the morning, note the time, and then again when you notice the symptoms start to come back. Then you will know the actual time for you.
Just make sure you then take your next pill before that time, then you won't run out.
Take your Sinimet preferably on an empty stomach a 1/2 hour before eating.

Hey Ana, I think we learn to do whatever works for us. I can take my pills without food while others can't.

Good luck with that one....I'm in the same predicament. Just dont eat any protien, or eat anything at all. As foe sleep, I never sleep more than 3 hors at a time.
