When we go out I have my husband and a sweet Sister-n- Law and they both help me. But I have found I eat better with a spoon👍

I am very selective about going out. I always ask for a table rather than a booth.

you are all so sweet. How wonderful to have people who understand where each of us is coming from...……..I keep thinking one day I will wake up and this illness will be gone like a bad dream. You guys make it easier to cope and bring hope to those who are suffering. Thank you for letting me sail along with you on this journey.
