Hi Fi and Melanie. The best advice I can give you is to exercise regularly and do regular stretching on getting up, at mid afternoon and just before going to bed. I have proved it works. It may be hard to do and even initially cause pain, but if you stick at it, it will get less as the muscles become less rigid and tort. Do you have a PD Rock Steady Boxing group near you. It's excellent.
Also try taking Magnesium Citrate 500 to 800mg per day, split half in morning and half at dinner, plus Potassium 500mg and Calcium in morning. (Note total daily intake of calcium to magnesium ratio should be 2 to 1). Calcium and magnesium work together in synergy.
