I highly recommend Internet searches and YouTube videos, General ideas. I may be able to help you with specific questions, as I am more in who also has Parkinson’s disease. Take every opportunity to do things that you want to accomplish now. I have traveled more and experienced more since my Parkinson’s diagnosis than before.

FIND A GOOD NEUROLOGIST` or s movement disorder specialist to make sure you have pd first,

meds sides effects are going to effect everyone differently, seize the day, don't wait, start today, if it works, great, if not, try some thing different until you fine the thing that works.
