Do Any Of You Have Some Special Way To Top Th Downers? Such As Snack, Exercies, Etc.c.
A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am new at this, so please forgive me. I have severe "downers" where I feel like I can't even lift a pencil. I've tried snacks , such as peanut butter crackers. Sometimes it seems to help. My question is , Do any of you have something that you eat or doo that will speed up the going away of the downer? .

My down times were adjusted by timing meds and eating small meals but this didn’t work all the time until I got Inbrija. This has helped me greatly .My down periods are relieved in about fifteen minutes

That's right, move, and feed your brain with puzzles, computer games whatever interests you.
