I tried it myself and I don't have Parkinson's. It helped keep me regular. I gave it to my Dad who has Parkinson. I havnt heard back if it's helping.

I read a post on here that a Man had been taking it 2 times a day for 4 years and that he felt great. I can't remember who he was. The capsule form is cheap at Walmart. I add the liquid cocconut oil to my food like Oatmeal.
