Since I am having more wearing off times than on times with caradova/levodopa my Neurologist wants me to have surgery and get Duopa Pump. Does anyone have one? Has it helped with off times? Coughing And Chocking On Foods

Does anyone have an answer as to how to stop coughing and chocking on eating certain foods eg: Toast, or anything with coconut or nuts in their food?
