My LOL Behaviour I Don't Undersand

My LOL seems not hear when I answer his questions which he at times repeats several times
He gets upset and says I did not reply
Also he invites people over for meals in secret
He does not think there is a problem
Is this Parkinson's behaviours

My LOL has short term memory issues
Neurologist suggest we make an appointment to see him once the social distancing is over

I understand that some Parkinson patients experience hallucination. Might that be what he is experiencing? His doctor should be contacted.
