The pump is known as Duopa. Talk to your Neurologist. It is apparently better than the tablets as it gets the medication direct to your lower digestive system where it is absorbed. Loss of strength is all part of PD I'm afraid. Exercise helps to slow the degeneration.
Look on U tube to find lots of videos so you can pick the one that suits your needs.
You certainly have your work cut out dealing with all your issues. Try to think positively. Things can get better. Hope this I information helps.
Marcheita: Sounds like time to get a walker and use it in the house. Or you could start with a cane to see if that is sufficient help. I bought a jar grabber to help open lids. It helps a lot of times. Also use a thin sticky
Like rubber sheet that helps my hand grip better. Sometimes I use one for the bottle and another on for the lid. N

Theres a pump that is installed in your stomach delivering levodopa straight to your intestine. I cant remember what it's called but it regulates the sweet spot level that you need to function optimally.
