A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

Can anyone recommend a good portable by me wheelchair? My husband currently uses a walker but he is getting weaker and I need to find something that I can push him in. I found the ones that are both a walker and a transporter on Amazon but the reviews make me shy away. They say its great unless you hit a bump while pushing and then the rider could go head first out. Also my husband is a big man and I will need to push him so that is also important.

The back wheels are probably the same size. The front wheels ask if they are all terrain ones.. somewhere around 6" or larger ones.

Make sure you look at the wheel sizes...

we don't have any stairs, just a ramp to the side door. He is having difficulty pushing the walker up the ramp so that's why I'm looking for a wheel chair.
