Like task managers, planners, etc. if so what seems to work best for you. I’m looking for something simple yet has generous options without having to purchase an upgrade.
My Hubby uses his iphone apps and got the newest apple watch. That way, if he forgets to check phone or bypasses alarm, the watch goes off and vibrates. Besides it has fall alert, heart rate monitor and ekg /rythm test.
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member Oh, yes! I;m glued to my google calendar. I can't seem to remember nearly anything short term. I even set times on my calendar to take my meds. I depend on it heavily.. I tried an app that was designed for taking meds but I felt like it was nagging me rather than reminding me. ;)
Yes and is very effective until i forget my password, lol. They have apps that can do most anything but I'm still old school i have to write it down to remember it
I like that idea. I just got a Fitbit and I am impressed with it. An Apple smart watch sounds even better.
At Walgreens they have great one. It is A Week in advance lots of room to write and keep notes and smaller ones.
