I take 12 sinemet 25/100 daily
Entacapone 5mg x 6 x 1mg
azlitec 1 mg x 1,
16mg rotigitine patches daily
Half Sinemet 25/100 x 2 at night (slow release)
Levothyroxine .25 mg daily
Clonazapam 1 at night to aid sleep.

And I don't think that is the upper limit.

i take 18 tablets a day 12.5mg/50mg
