My husband was having a real problem with FREEZING. I read an article on it and was also told by our Neurologist for him to stop and say "1-2-3 Step". Take a big, high step like you are marching. This resets the brain and REALLY works! I walked with him for awhile and reminded him to stop and count. He finally remembered to do it on his own.
