Sporadic swallowing problems. If you or loved one experience this what meals have been successful? Thank you.

I choke on everything- wine, water, anything spicy or crumbly, or just air. When eating, go slowly taking small bites. While drinking, I sit up straight, tilt head down, small sips. No anwer for choking on air. It's scary!

Small bites work for me. If I am having a choking incident I sip on a diet coke. I know it sounds crazy but it works for me. My wife Rose drinks diet coke so usually there is one in the fridge. I just take tiny sips and sit patiently.
