I'm quite active, walk every night after it's dark and when working outdoors on my property becomes impractical. My walk starts with a pretty tough elevation change, gets the cardio going for the rest of the walk. I'm thinking walking helps postpone balance issues.Keep up the good work !

Walking is a great exercise for everyone. I started power walking in my home to a Leslie Sansome video. It’s very aerobic and works the arms too which I needed. My balance has improved in just one month.
Walking is great! My husband and I walk every night.
If you’re looking for other exercises to consider try YouTube, search Parkinson’s exercises. One of my favorite is rock steady boxing the other is PWR. You can also look into why different exercises are good to add in periodically.
Sure, any exercise that helps your mind and body at the same time is great! Walking is also free and can be done almost anywhere.
